Weekend works

This weekend work will be carried out on Littlemoor Road near Turnstone Close to put in a traffic island and ducting.

Three-way lights will be used to ensure the work is carried out safely.

Hours of work will be from 8am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday

The work will involve removing some of the existing tarmac, so may be noisy at times.

      Hi Dave,
There will not be any specific limitations on traffic using the relief road. Cyclist will be able to use the road if they wish. There will be metre strips on each side of the carriageway so cyclists can keep clear of the traffic.

You may not be aware but you keep shutting off a right of way.

Your vehicles are accessing your works via Louviers Rd. To get into the fields they have to remove two very large concrete blocks from a gateway. Unfortunately, when they have finished, they replace the blocks in such a way that it is difficult, sometimes almost impossible ,for walkers to pass through the gateway. The blocks are there to stop vehicular traffic and not legitimate walkers.

Could you please inform your staff before some old git, like myself, injures themselves by having to climb over.

    Thank you
