Littlemoor Road 3-way lights

by

From early tomorrow morning, there will be three-way temporary traffic lights at the junction of Littlemoor Road and Louviers Road, near to the Co-op.

The lights will be in place for around three weeks while the road is reconstructed to tie in with the new Littlemoor Road.

Next week, the small section of Louviers Road between Littlemoor Road and the entrance to the shopping centre will be closed from 9pm to 6am on Monday 4 July and Tuesday 5 July.

During the night closure businesses will be open as usual, but drivers will need to enter / exit the shopping centre from the east end (near garden centre) of Louviers Road.

It is likely that a further short closure on this section of road will be required around ten days after this night work.

Could the lights be more effective, queued for about 20mins leaving weymouth at midday. Got through the lights and there was only a bus and two cars waiting on the other side.

This forum along with the RSS feed works incredably well. Are there any plans to use it for full Dorset transport information.
